- Remove the cardboard label. Do not pierce or remove the vacuum seal film. Vacuum seal film will naturally balloon during cooking, allowing meal to evenly cook.
- Place in microwave on high for 3 and 1/2 minutes. Leave in microwave for 2 minutes as the tray will be hot.
- Remove from the microwave and peel off vacuum seal film. Take care as hot steam may escape.
- Serve and enjoy!

Natures Catch meals have a shelf life of 11 days and Samurai Sam 10 days from preparation if kept chilled at less than 4C.

Super Greens
